How To Cook Frozen Egg Rolls or Spring Rolls
This recipe could not be more simple. You will only need a package of frozen egg rolls or spring rolls from your local grocery store’s frozen food section and some oil spray.
Step 1: Preheat your air fryer at 390 degrees f for 5 minutes
Step 2. Place the frozen egg rolls or spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Step 3. Air fry the egg rolls for 6 minutes. Flip them with tongs or shake the basket.
Step 4: Air fry for an additional 6 minutes.
Serve. I like to have sour sauce or soy sauce to dip them in. You may prefer plum sauce or duck sauce. In addition, I recommend garnishing them with green onions.

Tips For Best Results
Here are a few tips for the best results when air frying frozen egg rolls or spring rolls.
- Most fried frozen foods already have oil included so you do not need to use more. Should you wish to have extra crispy egg rolls, you should spray each egg roll with your favorite oil spray. I recommend using vegetable oil to get them the most crispy.
- You may need to adjust the time for air frying depending on size of the egg rolls you choose or the brand of air fryer you have. Check them occasionally to make sure they are not burning.
- Do not use aerosol cooking spray in your air fryer as they can damage your air fryer basket. Should you use oil, use a mister, spray bottle, or brush on the oil.
- Make sure your egg rolls are placed in the basket in a single layer and not touching each other. The air needs to circulate to cook all sides evenly.
- If you have a brand of deep fryers such as the Ninja Foodi, use an air frying rack.
How To Store Air Fryer Frozen Egg Rolls?
Should you have any leftover egg rolls, simply store them in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator.
How Should I Reheat Leftover Egg Rolls:
Should you have any leftover egg rolls (I never do), you should use the air fryer to reheat them. Do not use the microwave as the breading will be soggy.
Preheat the air fryer at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Add the egg rolls to the air fryer basket in a single layer and heat for 3 minutes.
Remove with tongs and enjoy! It’s that simple!
Homemade Egg Rolls In The Air Fryer
This recipe is not for homemade air fryer eggs rolls. Normally, I am too lazy to attempt to construct them myself. Instead, I get them premade and ready to go from my local grocery store.
