Why Do I Love My Ninja Foodi?

If you are reading this recipe, I assume you have purchased a Ninja Foodi. Do I really need to outline all the ways I love my Ninja Foodi? I am sure you have a list of your own, but my number one reason I love it is because it is so versatile. You can literally cook anything in this thing including soups!

Ninja Foodi Soup Recipe

I love soup. There is something comforting about eating soup and this soup recipe is on point. Rich, thick, and dripping with cheese creamy chili has no carbs if you are on the Keto diet.

Combine one pound of ground beef and 12 ounces of frozen seasoning blend. This can be found in the freezer section of your grocery store and includes already cut onions, celery, red peppers, green peppers, parsley flakes. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Saute’ on high for about 10 minutes or until the ground beef and browned. Drain off any grease using a strainer or place a pot lid on top.

Add the following ingredients to the beef mixture: butter, worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, beef broth, heavy whipping cream, bacon pieces, and diced tomatoes.

Stir the soup occasionally

Change saute’ from high to Lo Medium.

Let simmer, stirring occassionally, for 20-25 minutes. In the last 5-8 minutes add 2 cups of the cheese of your choice. I added 1 cup of mozzerella cheese and 1 cup of colby jack cheese.

Add 2 cups of the cheese of your choice.

Serve!
