Attention Ninja Foodi Newbies! I have a fantastic recipe for Ninja Foodi Chicken Alfredo soup. This recipe can be made completely in the Ninja Foodi and is keto-friendly. The recipe is very versatile. Add some broccoli or zucchini noodles. Pour it over pasta for Ninja Foodi Chicken Alfredo. Rich, smooth, buttery deliciousness. I promise you will NEVER buy a jar Alfredo sauce again as this recipe is incredibly easy.
I got a Ninja Foodi for an early birthday present. After hearing my friend, Ally, rave about how much she loved her Instapot everyday at lunch while drooling over how her leftovers from the night before smelled, I started doing my research. You see, I also wanted an air fryer, or so I thought. Was there such a thing that did both–pressure cook and air fry? The answer is yes. I have been working on perfecting recipes and so far, I have not had a disappointing meal yet.
Keto Ninja Foodi Chicken Alfredo Soup
So heads up: I am a diabetic. Many of my Ninja Foodi recipes will be low carb. Not necessarily keto diet recipes because I do not focus on fat content when creating these recipes. But since I am being honest, I don’t NOT focus on fat either. I love butter and I definitely use it. This recipe is no exception. In fact, I use a whole stick of it. I mean, who does not use butter in Alfredo? The only thing better than butter, is more butter! Am I right?
Step 1: Ninja Foodi Chicken Breast recipe
So the first step to this recipe is to cook your chicken breast in the Ninja Foodi. You are actually making a recipe before you even make the real recipe. You could stop here and enjoy a very moist and tasty chicken breast. But why? The alfredo sauce is the “butter” half of this recipe. (I hope you chuckled at my cheesy joke!)
To make Ninja Foodi Chicken Breasts, just throw them in the removable cooking pot with one cup of water. Add the pressure lid in the sealed position. Add some spices of your choice (if you want). I added garlic powder and Cavender’s Greek Seasoning. That’s it!

The chicken breasts can be frozen or thawed. The recipe is about the same, just add an additional 5 minutes to the clock if the breasts are still frozen.
For two nice size, thick, frozen chicken breasts, I cooked on High for 20 minutes. I then did a quick release of the pressure. I am not patient and I was ready to get to the sauce so I could eat!

After cooking the chicken breast, shred the chicken. Do not throw away the broth left in the removable pot. Leave it in there and add the chicken back to the pot. Switch your Ninja Foodi to the Sauté feature. You will start on high.
Add a stick of salted butter and start to let melt. Real butter people. Life is too short for fake butter and fake people. Can I get an amen?
Pour in 3 cups of heavy whipping cream with one cup of water. Use half a block of cream cheese. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces. Add one cup of shredded parmesan cheese and one cup of grated parmesan cheese with 2 tablespoons of minced garlic.

The butter and cheeses should begin to melt. Stir frequently with a plastic spatula or spoon so you do not scrap the non-stick coating from your Ninja Foodi. You want to make sure the cheese does not stick to the bottom of pot.
As the mixture starts to boil, change the sauté setting to Medium.
Let cook for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
When all cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy, turn off the heat. Shut the air fry lid and let sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
Serve and enjoy! Add shredded mozzarella cheese as a garnish if you choose.

In Summary
I hope when I bring leftovers of my Ninja Foodi Chicken Alfredo Soup to work, Ally will now drool over what I have brought to work.
Remember: Eating to much is harmful, but eating too little is boring!
