Place the two chicken breasts in the removable cooking pot with one cup of water. Add some spices of your choice (if you want). I added garlic powder and Cavender's Greek Seasoning.
Add the pressure lid in the sealed position.
For two nice size, thick, frozen chicken breasts, I cooked on High for 20 minutes. Quick release of the pressure. Note: if your chicken is thawed, cook for 15 minutes.
After cooking the chicken breast, shred the chicken. Note: Do not throw away the broth left in the removable pot.
Leave the broth in the pot and add the chicken back to the pot.
Switch your Ninja Foodi to the Sauté feature on high
Add butter, heavy whipping cream, water, cream cheese cut into pieces, shredded parmesan cheese, grated parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
Stir frequently with a plastic spatula or spoon so you do not scrap the non-stick coating from your Ninja Foodi.
As the mixture starts to boil, change the sauté setting to Medium.
Let cook for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
When all cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy, turn off the heat. Shut the air fry lid and let sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
Serve and enjoy!
