Ingredients:

  • granulated sugar (for the rim)
  • 1 ounce Chambord
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions:

Rim the shot glasses with sugar. Pour the Chambord into the shot glass, leaving some room at the top. Place a teaspoon on the side of the shot glass, with the bottom of the spoon facing upwards. Gently pour the cream over the spoon so that it lays on top of the Chambord.

This recipe for a Boozy Eggnog Cocktail uses store bought eggnog with a bit of spice.

  • 1 ounce Brandy
  • 1/2 ounce Amaretto
  • 2 ounces Eggnog
  • 1-2 ounces Milk (optional if you don’t want a thick cocktail)
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions:

Add the Brandy, Amaretto, Eggnog, and Milk to a shaker with ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with whipped cream and grated nutmeg (optional). Add a cinnamon stick for garnish.

Instructions:

Rim a glass with frosting. Twist the glass rim with frosting in a shallow bowl containing red and green sprinkles. In a cocktail shaker add ice, coffee cream, vanilla Irish cream, vanilla vodka, half and half, and vanilla syrup. Shake and then strain into the glass. For the White Russians:

  • 8 oz POM pomegranate juice
  • 1 C orange juice

Place the vodka, creme de cacao and peppermint schnapps in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds. After shaking, add the heavy cream to the cocktail shaker. Smooth and creamy, the White Christmas Cocktail is an amazing frozen cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz white creme de menth
  • 6 oz Irish cream
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish
  • 6 fresh cranberries garnish
