Potato chips are my weakness and after starting a low carb or keto diet, I miss potato chips. As an alternative to potato chips, many turn to pork rinds. Pork rinds are a keto-friendly snack. In addition to eating pork rinds as a snack, you can use them as a flavorful, no carbohydrate breading on chicken or even pork chops.
