Potato chips are my weakness and after starting a low carb or keto diet, I miss potato chips. As an alternative to potato chips, many turn to pork rinds.  Pork rinds are a keto-friendly snack. Use them as a substitute for flour as a no carbohydrate breading on chicken or even pork chops. Here are my recommendations for the best pork rinds on the market.
