Clean out the cavity of your chicken should it include a bag of chicken parts.
Season the outside and inside of the chicken. I used McCormick's Perfect Pinch Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning and Garlic Powder.
Place one cup of water into the removable pot.
Insert the crisp and cook basket and spray it with a cooking oil of your choice.
Set the seasoned chicken into the crisp and cook basket.
Place the pressure lid on the Ninja Foodi. Make sure the valve is set to Seal. Leave on the high settings and set for 20 minutes.
While the chicken is pressure cooking, combine 2 Tablespoons of Butter and one Teaspoon of minced garlic. Heat in microwave for about 20 seconds or until the butter is melted.
When the pressure cooking cycle is complete, quick release the steam by moving the valve from Seal to Vent. When the steam has been completely released, carefully remove the pressure lid.
Using a brush or a spoon, spread the melted butter mixture on the outside of the chicken's skin.
Close the attached crisping lid. Hit the air crisp setting. Set at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cut and serve.
