Add a pound of sausage to the removable pot of the Ninja Foodi. Set the cooking function to Sear/Saute' and the temperature to High. Brown the sausage. Stir often and break the sausage into crumbles.
Make your gravy using the instructions on the gravy mix packet. I substituted half and half OR milk for the cold water. I also added some Cavendar's Greek Seasoning, garlic powder, as well asonion powder as I felt the gravy was very bland. Place a lid over the removable pot to drain any excess sausage grease.
Add the gravy to the browned sausage. Change the temperature from high to low. Let the sausage and gravy saute' for 5-10 minutes. Stir often.
While the sausage and gravy combine flavors, crack 6 large eggs into a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of half and half. Whisk the eggs to combine the milk.
After cooking the sausage with gravy for 5-10 minutes, turn off the Ninja Foodi
Add the egg mixture and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the sausage and gravy. Stir to combine.
Turn the power back on. This time you will choose the Bake/Roast cooking function. You will set the temperature to 350 degrees and the time to 15 minutes. Close the attached lid.
While the sausage, gravy, egg, and cheese mixture is baking, you should open the roll of biscuits. Cut each biscuit into four pieces but cutting in half and then half again.
After baking for 15 minutes, the sausage, gravy, egg, cheese should be firm. Turn off the power of the NInja Foodi again.
Place the cut up pieces of biscuits in a single layer on the top of the egg mixture. Be careful when placing the biscuits into the pot so as not to burn yourarms. The rim of the removable pot will be very hot. Shut the attached lid. Turn the power back on. Click on the air crisp function. Set the temperature to 350 degrees and the time to 7 minutes. Check on the biscuits by lifting the lid every 2-3 minutes to make sure the biscuits do not burn. When the biscuits are golden brown, turn off the Ninja Foodi.
Serve.
