Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds country style ribs
  • 1/2 c BBQ sauce of your choice
  • 1 c light beer of your choice
  • garlic powder
  • minced onion or onion powder
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • In the removable pot of your Ninja Foodi, lay the country ribs in the bottom in a single layer.
  • Pour one cup of beer over the ribs.
  • Sprinkle heavily the following spices: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, minced onions or onion powder.
  • Place the pressure lid on with the pressure valve on "SEAL". Set on high pressure for 25 minutes of pressure cooking time.
  • When the 25 minutes has expired, let the pressure naturally release for at least 10 minutes.
  • Move the valve from "SEAL" to "VENT". When all the steam has released, remove the pressure cooking lid.
  • Using silicone mitts or pot holders, remove the pot and pour off any excess liquid. Leave the boneless ribs in the bottom of the pot.
  • Cover each of the ribs with the barbeque sauce of your choice. I just squirted it on but you can also brush it on to evenly distribute it on each rib.
  • leave the ribs in the inner pot. Close the air crisp lid. Using the air crisp cooking feature, set to 390 degrees for 10 minutes cooking time.
  • Serve with your favorite side like Macaroni and Cheese. You may want to add additional sauce.
