The Anna Maria Beach Resort-An Honest Review

Are you planning a vacation to Anna Maria Beach in sunny Florida? One of the most recognized beach towns in Florida, Anna Maria Island is the perfect vacation spot. The sleepy town vibe, gorgeous beaches, and seaside restaurants makes this a perfect getaway for families. Where should you stay when visiting Anna Maria Island? I recommend the newly remodeled and recently opened Anna Maria Beach Resort for your next family vacation or romantic getaway.

Keep reading for my honest review.

My Review of the Anna Maria Beach Resort

There are a host of charming boutique hotels in and around Anna Maria Island. In fact, you will not find a large chain hotel in the area. Because there is not a brand name you can trust, choosing a resort on Anna Maria Island can be a bit daunting. Do not waste anymore of your time reviewing Google and TripAdvisor! Book The Anna Maria Beach Resort! You will not be sorry.

Make note! There are two Anna Maria resorts with almost indistinguishable names. I would be remiss if I did not point out the similarity in names between The Anna Maria Beach Resort and The Anna Maria Island Beach Resort. Though almost exactly the same name and very close in proximity, they are definitely two different locations. Trust me when I say you most certainly want to choose The Anna Maria Beach Resort.

Where is Anna Maria?

A barrier island on the west coast of Florida, Anna Maria Island is a picturesque seaside town with gorgeous white sand beaches. An incredible place to relax and unwind , Anna Maria Island is a true escape from the hustle and bustle of life. With no chain restaurants or hotels, there is only a laid back atmosphere of local shops and eateries.

Enjoy a host of outdoor activities from fishing, parasailing, kayaking, or paddle boarding to even horseback riding on the beach. Anna Maria has it all for your next Florida getaway.

Reasons To Book The Anna Maria Beach Resort

So why should you book a stay at The Anna Maria Beach Resort? Here are the reasons I would stay here again.

The resort’s location

The resort is located right on a private beach within steps of your room

Though the property has a physical address of Holmes Beach, it is a hop, skip and a jump outside of Anna Maria Island. Though not technically in Anna Maria Island, the hotel is in walking distance to many of the key attractions. In addition, it is located right on the beach. Rent a bicycle or take a short drive to Bradenton Beach shops or the Anna Maria City Pier for a bite to eat. Take a fishing charter, grab a drink at a local pub, even go parasailing all within minutes of the property.

The rooms

Newly remodeled and recently opened, the rooms at the Anna Maria Beach Resort are a cross between boutique and boujee. Whether traveling with your family or looking for a romantic getaway to celebrate an anniversary, the rooms are absolutely perfect.

Choose a traditional hotel room or a suite that includes a full kitchen. There is a room choice for any need.

The amenities

Amenities, amenities, and then even more amenities. They have thought of literally everything to make your stay complete. Do not worry about packing sand toys for the kids, they are provided. Are you looking to float in the pool? No worries! The pool is amazing AND they provide pool floats. Are you interested in a game of corn hole? Again, do not fret. That is provided, too. What about a private cabana? Yes, you can rent one of those for the day as well.

Pack a bag and show up. The resort has taken care of the rest for you!
